I must say I'm very impressed... I have tasted vintage Absinthe and this is the first recent product that comes anywhere close to the original.... It is very nice when consumed in the classic method... The herbal note is very complex. Many late production Absinthe imposters just slam you with Anise... but you can really get the small nuances of Melissa and Fennel... a very nicely crafted product...
