Absinthe Original Delivery Times
All Absinthe orders are being shipped by DHL Express - delivery time is usually 2 days to the USA, 3 days to Australia and Asia. For the UK and European deliveries, it is usually 24 hours. With DHL On Demand Delivery, DHL Express will notify our customers via email or SMS about a shipment’s progress. You can then select the delivery option that best suits your requirements via the On Demand Delivery website. DHL will only accept shipments to a valid street address. PLEASE NOTE that we do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Please note we do not despatch any parcels on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays. All of our delivery services require a signature as proof of delivery in all cases!
Buying Absinthe Online
Absinthe Original Liquor Store accepts orders from almost any country in the world. Buying absinthe or absinthe accessories online is simple, secure and convenient. Complete the order form with full details, including your name and address, the recipient's name, telephone number, and address. Payment is required before despatch. Please note that all of your details will be sent via a secure server system: High-grade Encryption (AES-256 256 bit).
Multiple orders to separate addresses must be ordered on a separate order form for each address. Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for non-delivery due to incorrect information being provided.
In the event of an incorrect address DHL will endeavor to contact the customer - please make sure you provide daytime telephone number! You can change the delivery date of your shipment if the originally scheduled date is not convenient for you. Please note that since we use Express Delivery service and signature is required, we are unable to ship your orders to P.O. boxes.
You must be over the legal alcoholic drinking age in your country of residence to purchase alcoholic drinks from the online shop.
One Shipment When Your Complete Order is Ready
Unless other instructions are given, we will wait until we have all the items in your order before shipping any of them. For example, if you order one item that is in stock another that is temporarily back ordered, we will ship both to you together when both items become available. Typically, items are back in stock within 3-5 business days, so nearly all of our packages ship very quickly.
Absinthe Prices & Currency
On Absinthe Original, you have the option to view the price of all products in a currency that you might be more familiar with. However, you must be fully aware that all products sold on this site are invoiced in UK currency only. All other currencies appearing on Absinthe Original are only indicative and the prices in other currencies you will see on our site should not be considered as the values you will see printed as La Boheme UK Ltd. charge on your monthly bank statement. If the currency of the country you live is not pound sterling, what you will see printed on your credit card statement would be the equivalent between the pound sterling and your currency, based on the currency exchange rates of your credit card company at the time of the transaction.
Absinthe Original accepts Credit Cards, PayPal payments, BTC, LTC payments and direct bank transfers. Please note that we no longer accept money orders, cheques or bank drafts.
Our Complaints Handling Policy
We will deal with complaints effectively. We will be fair and handle your complaint confidentially. Our complaints system is easy to use and available online. You will receive an acknowledgment within 2-3 working days and we will provide a timescale for resolving the dispute and keep you notified of progress.
We cannot accept responsibility for goods correctly shipped but not received by the customer due to incorrect information being provided. Please double check the recipient's telephone number and shipping address before finalizing an order. This is especially important if your shipping address and billing address are different, if you have recently moved and do not remember your current address, or if you are having your package shipped to a third party.
All non-business customers (that is, those customers who are not purchasing either wholly or in part for business use) have a right to cancel a contract in which they purchase merchandise from us or withdraw their offer to purchase the product(s) as applicable, at any time up to fourteen days from the date of your order being placed ('the cancellation period') unless the order includes products that have been personalized or products that we have specified as being non-returnable.
To cancel your order, you must inform us in writing before the expiry of the cancellation period. If you have already taken delivery of the order, you should return the product(s) to us. Unless the items being returned were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective, you will be liable for the full cost of returning the product(s) and will be responsible for any damage to the product(s) until we acknowledge receipt of the products. As such, you should ensure that the product(s) are adequately insured. You have a legal responsibility to keep the product(s) in your possession and to take reasonable care of the products until you return them to us. Should the product(s) show signs of damage or tampering, we may have a right against you for compensation. We retain the right to arrange for collection of the product(s) at your cost in the event that you have not returned the product(s) within 30 days of your notice of cancellation.

Protection of Minors
Supplying alcohol to a minor is an offense and La Boheme UK Ltd. will assist the authorities in the prosecution of offenders.
For the sale of goods, that are subject to the regulations of child welfare protection law, we only deal with contractual relationships with customers who have reached the legally prescribed minimum age.
By submitting your order, you assure that you have reached the legally prescribed minimum age and that your details as regards your name and your address are correct. You are under obligation to ensure that only you or other persons authorized by you to accept the delivery, who have reached the legally prescribed minimum age, can take delivery of the goods.
As long as we are under obligation by the legal provisions to carry out an age verification, we instruct the logistics service provider commissioned with the delivery to hand over the delivery only to persons who have reached the legally prescribed minimum age, and in case of doubt, to request for the identity card of the person accepting the product for the purpose of age verification.
As far as we show, beyond the legally prescribed minimum age in the respective item description, that you must have completed 18 years of age to be able to purchase the item, the aforementioned sections are applicable providing that instead of the legally prescribed minimum age, the legal age must be reached.
